The answer is “NO”. Chinese passport holders cannot affix Thailand Elite Visa in a third country.
However, if the member insists on attaching a Thailand Elite visa in a third country, the member will have to provide any documents the Department of Consular Affairs in Thailand requests.
The Department of Consular Affairs will evaluate whether a member can attach a Thailand Elite Visa to their preferred third country after receiving all required documentation.
If allowed, the member will be required to independently schedule an appointment with the Royal Thai Embassy or the Royal Thai Consulate-General.
